Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from WWW.CULTIVATION.SHOP you can return or exchange your goods, provided we get them back in perfect original saleable condition, in the original packaging, with all tags attached. You are entitled to return your purchase within a period of 14 days, calculated from the day following the day on which you received the product in your capacity as a customer.

The above-mentioned terms apply to most of the products except our sale section or items marked "Sale", which are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased. This also applies for gift cards and items bought under promotional campaigns (such as coupon codes or special discounts at the time of checkout) thus, making it too not refundable or exchangeable.

All ‘Limited Release’ and ‘Pre-order' items are final sales; there will be no returns, exchanges or cancellations for these items.

As our gift cards are a personalized form of credit, and differ from the products CULTIVATION sells online, our return policy does not apply to gift cards. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or any other forms of payments, not even partially.

A product that you wish to return must satisfy the following conditions:

  • It must be in new condition.
  • It must include the locked price tag and brand label.
  • It must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • It must be complete (i.e. together with all items such as a belt, drawstring etc. which came with the original product).
  • It must be packaged in a original CULTIVATION shipping box, so that we receive the product in an undamaged condition.

How To Make A Return:

  • Please fill out the returns form included with your order. If you did not receive a returns form, please get in touch with our customer support either via phone or email and place your request for return.
  • Our returns address is Neomoral Enterprises Private Limited, 3231, ATS One Hamlet, Sector 104, Noida, U.P. – 201301, INDIA.
  • Pack up your unwanted items in CULTIVATION box; place the return label on top and handover the package to the pickup person/shipping authority.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items.
  • For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via recorded or registered post.
  • We will send you an email once we have your returns.

If case of wrong items shipped or they are not as described, you will be refunded the full amount, including the cost of any return postage.

For all other categories, once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be made to you as soon as possible via the original payment method and in any event within 14 days of our receipt of returned items; minus the cost of shipping. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it can take 5-10 business days to post the refund to your account.

Alternate option is to get refunded in the form Store Credit; in this case you will be refunded the full amount, including the shipping fees of the items returned.

We may make deductions from refunds to reflect any reduction in the value of the items, which may have resulted from your handling of them; i.e. they are no longer in perfect saleable condition.


Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge via the same shipping method used to place the original order. 

You can exchange your items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

If you would like to exchange your items for a different style, please return your items for a full refund and place a new order.


Store credit is issued as a digital gift card valued at the refunded amount. You can apply your gift card to orders placed on WWW.CULTIVATION.SHOP until the remaining balance is zero.


CULTIVATION unfortunately does not accept returns from outside India. All international orders are final sale. Also, when you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes levied by your destination country.
