We do not represent or warrant that the information on our web site is accurate, complete, or current. This includes pricing and availability information. We reserve the right to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
All content of our website including text, graphics, logos, button icons, & photography is property of Neomoral Enterprises Private Limited and is protected by copyright laws. Users are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, creating derivative works, including reproduction or using any content available on or through the site for commercial or public purposes. You may not use any trademarks or other proprietary material for any purpose whatsoever without our prior written permission.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country.
The connection fee and internet access are the responsibility of the customer. We will do our best to ensure uninterrupted availability of the Website and that transmissions will be without errors. However, due to the nature of the Internet, we cannot guaranteed the same. Your access to the Website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.
When you place your order for a product on WWW.CULTIVATION.SHOP, you will receive an email containing a confirmation receipt with relevant details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product and when we accept this offer by sending you the shipping confirmation email, you enter into a contract with CULTIVATION.
CULTIVATION will retain the title in the products until full payment has been made by you and has been received by us. Although we always try our best to express ourselves accurately, some typographical errors and lack of product descriptions, prices and availability can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change or update the content. We have the right to cancel your order if you have ordered an item that has a pricing error and we will inform you about it.
The products and prices offered are valid as long as they are visible on the site, subject to availability, excluding promotional offers indicated on the site. The sales are made subject to the availability of the goods.
In the event that an ordered product proves to be unavailable for reasons beyond the control of CULTIVATION, the customer will be notified by e-mail.
CULTIVATION reserves the right to offer the customer a replacement product, of the same price and quality.
CULTIVATION brings the biggest care in the presentation and the description of these products to satisfy the information of the Customer. It is however possible that some substantial errors can appear on the Website.
CULTIVATION reserves the right to change prices at any time but the products will be charged based on the rights in effect at the time of confirmation of the Customers order. For domestic orders, product prices are in INR including all taxes (including GST at current rate), and shipping (which is subject to availability in your area at the time of the order).
We constantly verify that the indicated prices are correct, however we are unable to guarantee the complete absence of errors. If an error in the price of an article does appear, we will give you the possibility to reconfirm the purchase of the product at the correct price or to cancel the order.
If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered cancelled. We are not obliged to sell a product at the incorrect price, even if the order summary has already been sent. Products remain the property of CULTIVATION until full payment. The settlement order is made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, other credit cards). The card is charged at the time of confirmation of the order.
The delivery times are mentioned in working days. The delivery timeline can be viewed in the ‘Shipping’ page. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday by courier services.
Delivery is made to the delivery address mentioned by the Customer. It must be the home address of the Customer, a person of their choice or a legal entity (the delivery company). No deliveries will be made in hotels or PO boxes.
Orders are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 2 pm or they will be shipped the next day.
The Customer must provide accurate and complete information regarding the delivery address.
Deadlines are indicative, they refer to the tentative time for processing and delivery. CULTIVATION is not responsible for delays in delivery, which are beyond its control.
In the case of delivery delays or non-receipt of goods ordered, the customer may contact customer service by e-mail at service@cltvn.com We will look into the matter with our shipping partner to locate your parcel. This can often take few weeks to a month to resolve. If the package is traced, it will be immediately resent to your address. In case the shipping partner loses the package, the product will be returned (subject to availability) or refunded. No refund or return of products will be done before completion of the investigation. Any discrepancy about the status of products (e.g. opened or damaged packages) must be immediately notified to the carrier or us.

Please read carefully: After checkout once the order is confirmed we will send you a notification via email as soon as the item is shipped. Handling & shipping will take approximately 3 to 5 weeks or sooner (please note these do not include weekends & holidays). In case of pre-order products, please allow up to minimum 3 weeks to produce and ship your products.

After receiving an order, we will send you an e-mail or via text (local phone carrier rates may apply) acknowledging that we have received your order (“order confirmation”).

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email confirming the shipment of your order (the “shipping confirmation”). We will not be obliged to supply any other products or services which may have been part of your order in the same or a separate order confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may rescind our acceptance and cancel your order, or any portion thereof in our discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged. We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this website.
Important note on limited releases, pre-orders and sales some products on the website are of a limited quantity or release (“limited release”). In the event you wish to order a product that is a limited release, you agree that once your order is placed you cannot make any changes to size, address, or any other information. Other items are pre-order, which means they will ship within a specified time frame after the order is placed. All limited release and pre-order items are final sales; there will be no returns, exchanges or cancellations for these items.
Photos are for illustrative purposes. Even though we try our best to capture each and every detail of the product, some areas might be susceptible to blind spots. The Customer should always refer to the description of each product to know the precise characteristics.

CULTIVATION will reimburse the customer or exchange products of apparently defective, damaged or spoilt or which do not correspond to the order.
You may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. This includes, but is not limited to, graphic printing on blank t-shirts or hoodies for resale or rebranding.
You must not use the Website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the Website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired.
You cannot access or use the CULTIVATION website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Harassment in any manner or form of the Site, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Although CULTIVATION cannot monitor the conduct of its users, it is a strict violation of these Terms to use any information obtained from our Site in order to harass, abuse or harm another person, or in order to contact, advertise, solicit or sell to any user without his/her prior explicit consent.
You may not use any logo or trademark which is featured on the Website or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without our express written consent.
